Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Productivity Hacks platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. We reserve the right to modify these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Service Descriptions & Limitation of Liability

Our consulting, assessments, and training are provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of services is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of access credentials, and not disrupt the platform (e.g., reverse engineering, automated scraping, introducing malware). Accounts found violating these terms may be suspended immediately.

Intellectual Property

All content—methodologies, templates, frameworks, and documentation—is proprietary. You may not republish, sell, or distribute our materials without prior written consent. Feedback provided to us may be used to improve services without compensation.

Payment & Billing

Fees for services are due as per invoice terms. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. All prices exclude taxes, which are your responsibility. We may suspend services for non-payment after 15 days’ notice.

Termination & Governing Law

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice. Sections on disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County.
